Dengue lgG/lgM Rapid Test
The Dengue lgG/IgM Rapid Test is a qualitative membrane-based immunoassay for the detectionof Dengue antibodies in whole blood, serum, or plasma. This test consists of two components, anlgG component and an IgM component. In the lgG component, anti-human lgG is coated in test lineregion 1 of the test. During testing, the specimen reacts with Dengue antigen-coated particles in thetest strip. The mixture then migrates upward on the membrane chromatographically by capillary actionand reacts with the anti-human lgG in test line region 1. lf the specimen contains lgG antibodies toDengue, a colored line will appear in test line region 1. In the lgM component, ant-ligand is coated intest line region 2 of the test During testing, the specimen reacts with ligand anti-human IgM. DenguelgM antibodies , if present in the specimen, reacts with the ligand anti-human IgM and the Dengueantigen-coated particles in the test strip, and this complex is captured by the anti-ligand, forming acolored line in test line region 2.

when ready to test, open the pouchat the notch and remove device.Placethe test device on a clean,flat surface.
For whole blood / Plasma / Serum samples: Fill the dropperwith the specimen then add 1 drop (about 30-45 uL)of specimen and 1-2 drops (about 35-50 uL/drop) of buffer intosample well, making sure that there are no air bubbles.
Results can be read in 15 minutes.
Don't read results after 30 minutes.
